Motel Policies
-Check in: 3pm in season; check out 11am. No Arrivals before noon.
-Rates based on double occupancy, ALL UNITS: 2 adults, 2 children age 12 & under.
-Extra persons $10 per night; cots $10 per night if available.
-Parking for one car only. No parking before noon.
-Daily maid service.
-Last minute reservations or changes may be subject to surcharges.
-Rates subject to Maine Lodging Sales Tax.
-Discounts may not be combined. Minimum stays may be required.
-All rates subject to change without notice.
-Rooms subject to availability.
2 Bedroom Apartment Suite
-Available Saturday to Saturday in season (shorter stays possible in off season).
-Rates based on 2 adults, 2 children age 12 & under. Max. Occupancy 9 guests.
-Each extra person $50 per week ($10 per night on shorter stays).
-Parking for one car only.
-Limited maid service.
-Completely furnished.
-Security deposit required.
Security Deposit
-Security Deposit may be required at the discretion of The Beau Rivage Motel Management. Refunded at checkout if the room is satisfactory & if guests did not cause problems.
-Dirty dishes left in room : $25 fee. Smoking in room: $100 fee.
Reservation Deposit
-One night's deposit on nightly stays.
-50% deposit required on 5 night specials and longer stays.
-Payable by Major credit card, debit card, money order, or cash.
-Remaining balance due on arrival.
-Sorry, personal checks not accepted.
Cancellation & Reservation Change Policy
-14 days required on nightly stays and subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
-30 days required for a 5 night or longer stay, subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
-NO REFUNDS thereafter.
-No refunds for early departures.
-Each change made to your reservation must be made prior to our applicable cancellation period and will incur a change processing fee of $25.
Pets
-Sorry, pets are not accepted (exception for Documented Service Dogs)
Smoking
-No smoking in rooms. Touts unités non-fumeur. $100 detox fee.
